an eye opening day.

TODAY IS AN EYE-OPEN EXPERIENCE DAY.

so i woke up at like 8am coz i'm supposed to meet my churchmates at 9.45am at mandarin gallery, at orchard there...

we were guin to a indo service at the mandarin hotel which starts at 10am..

but guess wat?

when i texted them, all of them overslept..

lol..

but they made it on time coz they took cab there..

lol..

then i met one of my churchmate at commonwealth then we took cab n went there instead, coz we were kinda late..

reached there at around 10.10, the owner of the church kinda good, an indonesian man who waited for us for awhile as he knows tat we were already reaching, n when he met us, he welcome us with a warmth greeting..

then the service starts with the praise n worship..

sing for quite a sometime then followed by testimony delievered by the people..

kinda touching..

but one which touches me the most is a girl called Jesica..

she has been in spore for the past 2 years or so with his family staying at an indo family's house..

2 years ago, she came to spore for a medical check up n doctor said its impossible for her to live on anymore, she suffered from some illness that affects her brain, eyes n her limbs..

doctor said tat she wont b able to live for another one month or so, this was 2 years ago..

BUT OUR AMAZING GOD IS A GOOD GOD..

til now, jesica is still alive n fighting her battle..

she has difficulty in eyesight already, her eyes can barely open..

she has to depend on a pipe to eat n drink..

she has to be helped to walk, so she moves around in a wheel chair..

she has already loss all her memories.

n she can barely talk, as in not so clear the pronounciation n guess waT?

SHE SANG A SONG FOR US JUST NOW..

REALLY PRAISE THE LORD..

how great is tat?

she can even remember the lyrics..

its really amazing for a jesica who suffered so much to do tat..

today, this taught me alot..

do i appreciate wat i've?

or do i have to be like jesica then i can learn to appreciate things?

jesica's family sold everything n spent alot of money to come to spore..

her family didnt give up on jesica, n til now they still take care of her with lots of love n hope..

imagine if we r in the position of the parents. wat will we do?

will we walk away from God instead?

or will we still surrender to Him?

jesica's parent still can praise God n said GOD IS GOOD coz til now He still provides them with the best..

WILL WE BE ABLE TO SAY GOD IS GOOD when we have gone thru so much????

its not easy..

today i also learnt tat..

GOD CAN TAKE ANYTHING N EVERYTHING FROM US ANYTIME, WE CANNOT BE TOO DEPENDENT ON ANYTHING..

WHEN WE PRAY, GOD'S ANSWER IS EITHER YES, NO OR WAIT.

we've got to wait..

God's answer is the best at its own timing..

we've to be patient n wait..

HAVE I GIVE THANKS TODAY?

i pray to God for Jesica..

may God give her strength to keep on moving every single day..

may God bless the family n take care of the family especially the parents..

its not easy..

may God show them the way, n make them still be hopeful n believe that miracles will happen..

though doctor say its impossible but NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IN GOD.

anyone can suffer from any illnesses, doctors r limited, they might not be able to heal this patients, but God can.

teach me to surrender all, to give all, to offer all my life to U, God.
